OUR CANCELATION POLICY
Effective March 1, 2026
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed (no-show) appointments, will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but it will only be charged if the cancellation falls within the 24-hour window or in the case of a no-show.
We’re always happy to help you reschedule during regular business hours. If we are closed, please use our online booking system to make changes and avoid any late cancellation charges.
